A perfect place to rest and get pampered, excellent people from the day of the reservations, Rajesh handled our reservations perfectly, Vivek was the perfect person to inform us about Zuri from the pickup, Unni the driver is your walking & talking Encyclopedia, Deepali was absolutely professional in handling the money part, not forgetting the Spa section, Shilton gave me a good massage. A man's heart is through his stomach like the old saying, so very apt, without the personal attention of the Chef we vegetarians would surely have starved, but we all put on weight, pardon me I forgot his name. PRINCY was the perfect host, she took very good care of us all, my children got very friendly and took to her sweet smile and nature instantly, she is an asset to your hotel and I wish her all the very best in life.
