Greetings!! My name is Shilpa Bailur and we have just returned from a fabulous holiday at the Zuri Resort, Kumarakom. We spent 5 nights at your resort from April 1st to April 6th, and the service exceeded our expectation.

Honestly, we had not heard of Zuri and booked our accomodation only because the other hotels were all booked up. I can assure you, that if we ever come back to Kumarakom, Zuri is the only place we will opt to stay at. We have not stopped talking about the hospitalilty and the generosity of your staff during our stay.

We were made comfortable right from the time we arrived at Cochin airport. The GM, Mr. Aditya Mata himself greeted us at the resort reception, and even our 3 year old daughter was made to feel so very special!!

All the staff members....at reception, restaurant and also the Head Chef, Mr C. Pandey were extremely friendly. Our daughter has food allergy, which we had mentioned at the time of check-in. But throughout our stay, care was taken to ensure that her food was safe for her to eat.

I would just like to mention a few names-people who left a lasting impression on our minds. Lekha (travel), Vijay and Sarat (I think they are senior managers), Siby, Suresh, Princey and Bazil (restaurant) Of course, I would not hesitate to add that because I do not remember all names, that would reflect on their performance. Each and every staff member was consistent in their duties and I think thats very important for any business to succeed.

You are extremely lucky to have a wonderful team and I take this opportunity to wish each and every member all the success in their respective careers.
