FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE GENERAL MANAGER
I visited The Zuri on 3rd March, 2010, and was shown around by Rahul Ravi, Executive, Front Office. I was very impressed with the facilities at The Zuri and of the care shown to me by Rahul Ravi. Certainly a hotel I shall bear in mind for future visits to Kumarakom.
I have written to Preferred Hotels Group stating how much I enjoyed my visit.
