This resort is tastefully made with a clear vision for luxury & shows that the management has paid attention to every detail starting from the entrance to the room toiletries. Special attention to hospitality offered which was personalised & extremely warm. Hospitality is one of the main reasons that makes me comeback to this beautiful resort. A special mention of Mr. Krishnan who ensured the expereince of the resorts hospitality started from making reservation & ended with a kind gift. Our personel butler Princy was very kind & generous during our stay & I would only hope that your resort would maintain similar level. For the people if by chance reading this review , it’s a must resort & highly recommended. Just a small negative The Management has to advertise attractive packages in the first instance to compete with a few good resorts in Kumarakom which are more renowned & distinct in Media.”
