I had booked a room for my sister Mrs.Bhama Rajgopal at Kumarakom. I want to place on record my appreciation for the excellant services rendered by Mr.Vikram who took the trouble of calling me back a couple of times to confirm the bookings. I had raised some issues and there was a flurry of calls from Mr.Aditya Mata and Mr.Senthil to sort out the issue to my satisfaction and they did not stop with that but also ensured that they sent a clarificatory email too. All their services have been amazing and truly appreciable. Iam sure my Cousin would have a wonderful stay at Kumarakom.
