Back to the grind in London and heading to Zurich 0600 tomorrow morning... can hardly remember my holiday!!
Just wanted to drop you a quick to say a Big BIg thank you to you and all your staff. Both my mother and I had a super time. Well rested and well fed.
Your 7* hospitality was from the heart, welcoming and much appreciated. Thank you so much for the upgrade to the cottages. It was very kind of you.
Pls. pass on a special thanks to Parveen - who was so kind, considerate and accommodating. Nothing was ever and issue - and he always did it with a smile.
Overall , we both had a much needed rest and pampering break at the Resort.
Was a shame we didn't get to say goodbye to your in person.... no doubt - we will be back very soon.
In the meantime - stay well.... and Thank you again for a memorable trip to Kerela.
