Just a short note to thank you and your teams for arranging and ensuring we get the best of everything. Having spoken to the group, the candid feedback that emerged was that “It was one of the best trips that one had off late”.
I am also given to understand that the itinerary prepared for the trip was a deviation and included as a special request. With this customization, it negated involving multiple service providers and as such put us in ease in terms of coordinating, payouts etc.
While I mark this mail to thank as many people involved in making this trip a memorable one, request you to fwd to others not included / missed out. (Names one could remember)
Ankush (Sales) – He has been the pillar for the trip accommodating all the last minute requests and of course getting us the best deal. Commendable job from him!
Senthil, Rajeev, Vijay, Vivek, Rajeev, Deepali (Front Office) – Always available and very positive approach.
Sarat, Avin, Albert, Linju (F&B Service) – Always smiling and was amazed for never heard them say NO. The service standards set are very high. (thanks for serving us lunch at 4:30pm)
Chef Michael and Manoj (F&B Production) – Main culprits for not helping us with what we came for. The waist lines rather than reducing have increased. The food and the spread was just awesome!!!
Maya Spa – The rejuvenation therapy has got our active cells back into action… Thanks
The other support team – Housekeeping etc – Thank you
This is our 2nd trip to Zuri in a span of 6 months (Goa prior to this) and both the trips have left a good taste.
