My family joins me in thanking you for the wonderful holiday we had at the Zuri, Kumarakom. The stay was made extra special because of the attention and service we received from you and your team. Right from Rajesh, the front office manager, personally rushing to help my son who had locked himself in the bathroom to Manisha/Siji/Binu and the others at the coffee shop , everyone contributed to making this hoilday a memorable one.
Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and i would like to end this note by borrowing from your tag line in saying ...We'll come back...for sure.
