I am just catching up on emails and quite embarassed that i have received your email before i had the chance to send one directly to yourself to thank you for making our stay such a wonderful and memorable occasion. As we discussed i have been privileged to work and travel in many continents which has included staying at some wonderful properties but yours is certainaly at the top of my list. Prior to arriving to the Zuri we had stayed an evening in Rambagh palace which of course is beautiful, but your teams warmth and service totally out shone the service we had received at the Palace.
I thank you sincerely and certainly look forward to staying again at your property.
