We found the facilities including the Room, the Spa and the Restaurant to be excellent and the service outstanding. Having stayed at other properties in kumarakom, Zuri is by far the best property.
Please thank Sarat & Rajesh for taking such good care of us, Chef Chandra for making each meal a different experience and last but not least of all Mahesh, who looked after us so well attending to each and every need. They are all extremely professional.
I would like to make a special mention of mahesh. Coming from the service industry, I understand what it takes to delight a customer and Mahesh's skills embodies all those traits.
