Dear Mr. Mata,I had an opportunity along with my friend Saboo M.L. to stay in The Zuri, Kerala Resort & Spa from September 22 to September 24. Though I wanted to thank you personally for the nice arrangements and maintenance of the property but due to your being on leave I could not do the same.I highly appreciate the property, maintenance of the same and the dedication of the staff particularly two young girls of the staff in the front office, shoe chef who arranges the breakfast and buffet. I hope and wish that the property will further grow as the name ‘Zuri’ suggests.
